Arrival & Setup
We come to you — fully equipped
Our crew arrives with the Harvestron loaded and ready. We scout your facility layout, confirm the staging area, and have the machine calibrated and running within 45 minutes of arrival. No downtime, no surprises.

Intake & Logging
Every pound signed for before it moves
Before a single bud touches the machine, we weigh and log every batch. You sign off on intake weights. Our chain-of-custody documentation starts here and follows every pound through the entire process.
Machine Trim
Nano precision, zero metal contact
The Harvestron runs your flower through our proprietary nano-precision trimming system. Blades never touch the bud — only the leaf. Trichomes stay on the nug. Our operator monitors every pass and adjusts settings per strain in real time.
Output & Sign-Off
You verify every number before we leave
Trimmed flower is weighed, bagged, and logged against intake. You review the final count, sign the chain-of-custody sheet, and we're done. The machine never leaves your property line — your flower stays compliant from start to finish.
The Machine
Proprietary Nano Precision Trimmer
Our trimmer is built on proprietary technology — patent pending. It uses zero metal contact parts. Instead of blades, it relies on nano precision trimming elements that remove leaf without touching too much trichomes, crushing the nug, or altering the original structure of the plant. The bud comes off looking exactly like it did going in — just trimmed. We clean and sanitize the machine before every job. You can inspect it before we start.
