Question 1

How fast can you trim?

Accepted Answer

About 30 dry pounds an hour per machine. Most backlogs clear in one visit. Shelf-ready jobs run about 80 lb a day, because hand finishing sets the pace.

Question 2

Is there a minimum?

Accepted Answer

Yes: 50 lb for machine trim and 40 lb for shelf-ready. Have a smaller batch? Combine two harvests into one visit.

Question 3

Do you charge by the hour?

Accepted Answer

No. You pay per finished dry pound — large buds plus smalls. Trim and waste aren't billed.

Question 4

How far do you travel?

Accepted Answer

The first 60 miles each way are included from Los Angeles. Beyond that it's $2 a mile, plus $200 per crew-night when a job needs an overnight.

Question 5

How much notice do you need?

Accepted Answer

A week is ideal. Less than 72 hours is a rush booking, at +15%, when a crew is available.

Question 6

How do we pay?

Accepted Answer

A 30% deposit by ACH or business check holds the date. The balance is due on completion. We don't take cards.

Question 7

Does our flower leave the property?

Accepted Answer

Never. We work in your processing area, under your license, and leave with only our equipment.

Question 8

What do we need to have ready?

Accepted Answer

A processing area that's on your premises diagram, a 120V 20-amp outlet, your scale, your harvest batch names, your containers, and one staff member for weigh-in and weigh-out.

Question 9

What if we don't like the result?

Accepted Answer

On your first job we trim 10 lb while you watch. If you don't like it, we stop and you owe nothing — not the deposit, not the travel, nothing.

Question 10

How do you prevent cross-contamination between farms?

Accepted Answer

Full teardown clean and sanitizing after every job, a clean between batches, new gloves and hairnets at every site, and a log you can see before we unload.

Question 11

Who is on the crew?

Accepted Answer

W-2 employees of The Agrobot Harvestron, all 21 or older with ID. We sign your visitor log and follow your site rules.

Question 12

Do you do wet trim?

Accepted Answer

No. We trim dried flower only.

Question 13

Do you handle METRC?

Accepted Answer

You record METRC. We give you a signed weight sheet with your batch names and the weights for flower, smalls, and trim and waste.

Question 14

Can you take our flower to trim somewhere else?

Accepted Answer

No. We never transport or take possession of cannabis.

Question 15

Do you work with unlicensed grows?
