Compliance & sanitation
Built for licensed farms.
You carry the license, so the crew you let in has to protect it. Here's how we do that.
Your flower never leaves your premises.
We trim in the processing area marked on your DCC premises diagram, under your license. We never buy, sell, transport, store, or take possession of cannabis. When we leave, the only thing we take is our equipment.
Every pound is accounted for.
Your staff and our crew lead weigh each harvest batch in on your scale and sign. At the end, finished flower, smalls, and trim and waste are each weighed separately, reconciled against the weigh-in, and signed again. You get a weight sheet with your batch names, ready to enter into METRC.
Sanitized before every farm.
- Full teardown clean at the end of every job, and a clean between harvest batches.
- Every surface that touches flower is sanitized with a food-contact sanitizer listed under 40 CFR 180.940.
- The crew wears new single-use nitrile gloves, hairnets, and aprons at every site.
- Every clean is logged. You get a copy, and you can ask to see the log from our last job before we unload.
A crew you can let into your facility.
- Every crew member is a W-2 employee of The Agrobot Harvestron, 21 or older, and carries ID.
- We sign your visitor log and follow your site rules.
- Certificate of insurance available on request, naming your farm.
